There is no return and I do not refund.
They should be unwrapped, placed pointy end down and stored at room temperature for twelve to twenty four hours before being placed in your preheated incubator. This will allow the air cell to stabilize. Please educate yourself prior to purchasing your first hatching eggs. As with all reputable breeders, I cannot in no way guarantee your hatching egg success. There are too many variables involved with hatching eggs such as, but not limited to: Damage from mishandled packages in shipping, Inexperience with incubation, Faulty incubators, Incorrect incubator temperatures, Incorrect incubator humidity levels, Improper storage of eggs (not allowing your eggs to rest before putting them into the incubator), Improper cleaning of the incubator prior to starting incubation (this may allow bacteria to form and contaminate your eggs).
Please remember that you are not paying for chicks and you are not paying for 99% hatches on shipped eggs, though some people do get these results,this is not guaranteed to happen every time.
My packaging method has proven to be a great success and boxes are boldly and clearing marketed so the USP has no questions as to the contents inside. I strive to do my best to provide you with fresh and fertile hatching eggs from healthy and happy hens. Refund and replacement of hatching eggs is between myself & you (the buyer) and ultimately my decision. Only way I would refund or replace hatching eggs would be proof of significant damage or careless nature on my part, I have never had to contend with issue and hope I never have to in the future.
